Larsen Virtuoso extra-long viola D strings are more focused and allow your instrument to achieve a greater volume. They were developed as an extension of the success of the Larsen Original viola A string. The Virtuoso extra-long viola D strings come in medium tension with a ball end, and produce a rich, nuanced sound. They fit 16-1/2″ or larger instruments, and are made with a multi-filament core precision-wound with silver.
